If they put insurance on the package it is their job to contact the shipping company and receive a refund for the shipping + damage of the item. Chreees Posted August 28, 2012 Share Posted August 28, 2012 Sucks it took public criticism on your part, but glad they saw this and are now more willing to resolve the situation to make you, the customer, happy. Looks like they are somewhat new to the international online ordering game and are learning. They have some epic hookah products, so I hope they grow to become a reputable site. First order of business I'd say is making sure not to charge the VAT when it is not a domestic (within Turkey) order. I make SEO work for my sites and know what I was doing with this post, I used their url in the title and the first two sentences were intended so that google indexes this post with the keywords review and scam. I was surprised in just 6hrs google bumped this post to the main page and even more, with the pure url as a keyword. If you type www.nargilestore.com now in google, the second result is this post (the first is their store) and the title was designed as a warning. I told them I did this and inmediately they responded. SEO is great but the most important, this forum is VERY HIGH quality so that google with its new algorithm indexes it so fast and considers it so high. They sent me the vase... took 3 weeks to arrive, to be added to the 4 weeks the original shipping took. Now the problem is that I ordered the BLUE colour and they sent me the YELLOW one. So you ordered a blue, it broke in the mail, they resent you the vase but you got a yellow and now they are saying that you didn't state what color you wanted so they sent you a yellow one? Getting shit right the first time is important with me, especially if shipping time takes three weeks. Sounds like a stupid company policy to just ship out whatever color. It's guaranteed to piss off the customer. Yeah, good policy indeed... Hugo- Dispute the charge if you can, and find a vase you want elsewhere. I personally wouldn't deal with them anymore. I know it's an expensive vase but there are ways to clarify the color without a drop down menu. There is a comments box when you order from anyone that is how you would specify. Another point to bring up is that they most likely charged return shipping for one reason (it's the crystal base correct?) if it is that thing is a hefty piece of glass and they are a business.
