Chreees
Okay, for some reason I thought you had specified the color you wanted via email... Disregard my previous post. I do think they should have a dropdown menu for you to be able to pick the color, or atleast have a disclaimer on the site saying color is not guaranteed (maybe they do and I'm just missing it). Hassouni
They have a drop down on the pages for hoses and bases, but not for entire pipes. Each order I've made, I've just specified in a comment when I ordered.
Urloc
I don't think international courts of arbitration are going to hear a case about a glass nargile vase...
No, but MF and my credit card company will.

With that policy, they can even send you a pink stem. Hey, and a different hose if they want too, since you do not specify you want the one in the picture, right? Coleman
That's taking things a little out of context and is honestly immature. I understand your mad about the base but unless you want to shell out the cash for the error there is no use complaining. I doubt mf or your credit card will see it how you want either if you tell them the whole story and not just complain leaving out that the second shipped base was in the end an error you didn't know you had to clarify And n-s has been ran like this for as long as I can tell. So instead of hating on a company that it seems you are the only to have had issues with why not just enjoy your hookah and relax

Inmature is to stand and do nothing when you are ripped off. Did I insult you in the first place? Because from what you say I could think of a few words fitting to you. Actually I have a 120% chances of winning the dispute on MF due to they vulnerated 2 of the most important rules. If they were running for so long and so nice, they would know at this point. My CC, I probably have less than 10% of winning but anyways, it is free to place a complaint and if more people do in the future, it will potentially be good. By the way, I will enjoy my hookah and relax... and for now the negative SEO made stole them a few sales and the posts in this forums costed them another sale. They do not even know MF policies so, I highly doubt they have many sales, and they will have even less when I post the warnings in the first page of google in their mother tongue, Turkish, so that everybody searching will see it in their main market. mushrat
I find this to be inexcusable for a vendor and to place any of the blame on the buyer i find to be asinine. One: insurance will only deal with the shipper. This has been said about a dozen times and still holds true. The shipper is responsible for ALL claims and for getting their money back from the delivery company. This should ot involve the buyer in any way. In this case the shipper is being too fucking lazy to do what needs to be done to get their money back from the delivery company. Secondly, It is the shipper/vendor's job to make sure what is broken is replaced, not something LIKE it, what was shipped. This is a second case of the vendor being too lazy or disinterested in real customer service to do what should be done. If you think otherwise then the enxt time you order k=peach and get k-apple don't complain, they both are Kashmir and it's close enough right. Bullshit. Let this be a warning that Nargilestore considers real customer service to mean whatever they feel like giving you and be glad for it. For those of you with good experiences, i'll bet you will be changing your tune some day. For the original buyer, I'd dispute the CC charges. And Coleman, you need a few days off to re-read rule 1? I find the way Urloc is handling this to be rather mature and business like when faced with a company that doesn't feel they owe their customer a reasonable transaction for their hard earned money. mattarios2
consumption tax IE. Value Added Tax And just to add to this thread, I am ordering an Osmanli Serisi from them and asked them exactly what hookah will I receive and they sent high res photos of the jumbo turk vase, hose, stem, and everything. They should be set up better and have accurate photos of what they ACTUALLY have in stock, but if you email them and what not prior to ordering etc. things seem to go smoothly every time. Not saying that makes their practices ok, but if you want elmas products at a way cheaper price than buying from US vendors, it can be done relatively easily with little hassle.
