speel Posted August 27, 2006 Share Posted August 27, 2006 hey sup .. yea my problem is after about hmm 15 mins of smokin nakhla with 2 jap charcoals my smoke gets really really harsh but im getting tons of smoke .. would it be better with just using one coal? or packing less or what. Calcartman Posted August 27, 2006 Share Posted August 27, 2006 when it starts to get harsh, move the coals away from the center.Generally i use 2 japense coals and my wind-cover; when use the cover till it heats up too much, then move the coals around the edge, then put the cover back on. Yeah, that would take some work.:PMoving coals is usually the easiest way, sticking them on the outside of the bowl seems to work the best for me.
