New Studies Show That I Like Naps.

A study that is currently being published in september of 2012 as I write this has shown that I like naps. Findings report that during the hours of 8am and 5pm monday through friday my life is just one big blur of menial tasks. Sources show that these menial tasks and lack of any drive to do anything at all has resulted in increased levels of a unique chemical naturally found in my body. The chemical, most commonly known as "fuck it, I could go for a nap right about now" has also shown to have the side effects of throwing my arms in the air and proclaiming to co-workers "kill me, it's only fucking 1:30". Mini "desk-naps" have also been reported as being imminent shortly after the initial onset. Of the one person interviewed on the topic, I told myself "ahhhhh fuck" before dozing off in short, intermittent intervals.

I think you're onto something with your research. The urge to nap hits me especially hard right after lunch, so it may be some chemical in the food. On weekends I usually just take two Extra Strength Damitols and hit the bed.

Im about to take a nap.

Last night i had to babysit til 1am, then i smoked (tangiers marigold... Couldnt resist), woke up at 7am, walked 2 miles, drove an hour to a workshop, spent two hours in the sun, drove another hour to have lunch with friends, drove another hour home, now im smoking again. Nappppp

It was like that till not many years ago... and it is still enforced in some small villages. Siesta is a part of Spanish culture which is being lost due to the so called progress.

i take naps everyday, i wake up take payton to school clean a bit take a 1-2 hr nap get ready for work then feel super well rested and ready to go come home smoke a bit of hookah and go to sleep and repeat. I am living breathing test subject.

Naps are especially good after eating a lot of food.


Worst thing you can do after eating. That nap after eating will allow your metabolism down and in turn your body will store the fat from that food, rather then burning it off.
It's also a good way to develop acid reflux. When you last down after eating, fluids shift around and can actually work up to the esophagus.

Other than that, naps are freaking great.

today i got to do this test about how much i also enjoy naps, HOLLY CRAP ARE THE AMAZING. i dont get them to often due to the lack of 2 kids and grave yard shift and running business's but hey i got one wow im glad i tested out the theory they are amazing.
