EvansLight
I hear most people get sad on rainy days, hell i live in texas, on summers like the one weve had, rainy days rock. Its been raining now since around 9:30am, its now 1:45pm and still going just chillin outside for the last 2 hours with my hookah and laptop. Just a bit of blackberry peach, which was awesome, now onto mint. And even though its hummid, did no aclimation its actualyl smoking the thickest ive ever had with my QT, granted the flavours are muddled a bit, but oh well.Ok that ends my rant for this morning

Scalliwag
I cannot remember the last time we got a really good rain here in North Texas. It's been a pretty long time though. The news was saying that their are lots of people with foundation problems and even the streets are having problems because of it. That is a helluva lot more depressing than rain anyday! EvansLight
yup. 3 of the windows at my house are pulling away from the walls, and cracks abound around the house. As for the streets, i have noticed a few new cracks, but not as bad as my poor house
ghostofdavid
We are in a drought. The grass is borderline dormant/dead.
EvansLight
ours is fully dead, and as much as huricane seaons sucks for the coast, it usually means good rain for us.And as i said, been outside the whole morning with my QT

cymptom
I recently brought my shisha from a very dry climate into a very humid climate and noticed no difference in the way it smoked. Didn't acclimate it at all. It's so humid here that my bed and clothes are damp.

Do know how many Texans would love to get up there this time of year?!?!?![EDIT] Be warned though because the only cowgirls I know are bad ones and they ride their horses hard and put 'em up wet!
