Hookah-Shisha Support Is Great

Recommended Posts

This is the 2nd time I've dealt with their support on an order. The first time I received a hose that had an airleak in it and they sent a new one out quickly. This time, I made a big order and one of the packages broke open and leaked all over the box and I was missing the Mizo Raspberry I ordered. I called them up and left a message, got an email the next day saying that my Mizo Raspberry is being shipped out and they added $9 in credit for the broken package/leak issue and for my troubles.

Even though they cost more than other companies, their support is the best I've dealt with. My luck is so awesome that I have had a few items from other companies that were screwed up and one of the issues is still left unresolved (with 5star), so I think I'll stick with H-S to make sure any problems I run into will always be taken care of quickly with little effort on my part.

10/10 for their support!

I've had A+ experience with their customer service, even when wasted

...I drunk dialed their customer support since I was pissed about seals on nammor chrome hose and constantly having to re-hot glue it...even though I had purchased it months prior they credited my account for the faulty hose

They replaced an entire $160 hookah shaft for me once. And gave a ton of store credit.

Bad ass folks.

I'll chime in here with my experience as well.

I received a Mya Obelisk with a busted vase corner the size of a thumb. I called them up as soon as I opened it, emailed them a picture and within 10 minutes they were shipping me a new one, no hassles.

This is why I order from them.

I've learned my lesson ordering from less reputable places. It can be a real pain getting what you ordered from some places. Edited by insidius

You ever stop and wonder about the fact if the orders will properly filled and the boxes properly packed in the first place there would be less need for great problem resolution? :)

Just a thought. I May have ordered once or twice form them back in the day but don't really remember and this is in no way meant to disparage their fine service.

Yes, but who knows how many successful packages they send out a month and how many they have to go to support for. The fact remains, if you DO have a problem with your package, they are quick to fix that problem. That's the mark of any good company. I mean, I ordered a lot of things this last time and I can see how they would miss 1 product. It was no big deal in the end bc I got that product just a few days later.

It just seems all hookah companies have problems with their shipments...like I said in my original post, this isn't the first time I've had this problem and this isn't the only company I've had a problem with. At least I get super fast results with them as opposed to being ignored by others.

I order from them several times a year. They are in Texas and shipping time is next day. In the what 8 years I have been ordering from them. I have had 3 issues. Let's just say it's a very small fraction of my total purchases.

A lot of the Mya stuff is never opened from H-S so if you bought an Obelisk from H-S it's still factory sealed in it's case, like you bought it straight from Mya.

1. Obelisk inside tube threads stripped 6 months after purchasing. Replaced for free.
2. Got the wrong hose. Sent right one, shipped back other. (honest mistake nammor Branded and Wrapped look a lot alike)
3. Unfinished Purge valve. Replaced Stem.
