Al Waha is dated for two years. If the tobacco was manufactured in May 2004, it is expired. The going rate for expired Al Waha is about $5/Kg or on a case of 24 250g units, $30. You honestly can't give the stuff away. I know wholesalers that have trouble moving it at $5-$6. Especially the crummier flavors. Thats why your skip left it. Moving it would cost more than its worth. Additionally, it is probably tax unpaid, so selling would be a federal violation. Unless you have some proof that it is tax paid, you don't want to risk a $25,000 fine for a thousand dollars worth of expired stuff. Truth, be told, nobody will know. The fine for selling tax unpaid stuff can be higher than for selling to minor. If the cops are chasing you for murder, don't stop for red lights. I would expect a fair retail on it would be, including shipping, $2/ 250g tub.I believe you are for real, but I also believe you've shopped this stuff around and found out exactly what I'm saying. In Detroit, you can't walk 20' without stumbling over some guy who is a wholesaler. I would guess you know all this and are trying to take us as rubes. Nobody wanted to pick up expired Al Waha, so you thought you might try some retail customers, see if they would bite. You said you went into a store and found out what they were selling it for. Why wouldn't they buy it? I mean you could sell it for $.50 on the dollar and both of you would have been happy. If I'm wrong, I apologize. I don't think its worth shipping, frankly. You might find you can get a little more money out of this by selling the plastic baggies without the tubs and taking the tubs to recycling. You probably have about $80 in recycling value. I don't know any distributors that would want to buy it...if they did, they would have to be in Detroit and it would have to be at $2/Kg (or $.50/tub) for them to be interested. I will say this. If you do move the lot, don't let them cherry pick...that is they don't get to pick the flavors, they buy a quarter of it, a half of it or all of it...no picking flavors.

thank you for this great info.the fact is that we took about 2 hours last night and went to 4 markets all of them wanted to buy some but we just took out a small sample and were planing on fulfilling orders later next week after the weekend , but it was a small amount in the big picture of things 40 to 50 cases and was hoping that talking about it here would produce someone that would want the whole lot. your advice is great I was under an assumption that I could sell it legaly and wont sell any until I get clear answer as to what I have to do to sell it legaly thanks again
