Anyone seen one of these before?

Recommended Posts

This is the first hookah I have ever bought. It came from a shop in the UAE:This mini (13 inches or so) is different to most of the stuff I am seeing on the Internet as it has a 'whitish' marble mid-section in the stem. The hookah is quite heavy, really well built, and smokes far better than a full size hookah I bought as a gift for someone. It says AGER on the case I got with it, but this may not be the brand as I bought it from a local shop which sold all-sorts of things.Any ideas whether or which particular brand it is? -sorry for the poor quality pic! (I'll try to post better pics/more pics later)

I have one similar but without the marble.I have to warn you that it really will tip over a lot as the base is rounded and not completely flat. The marble on it will also make it a lot more top-heavy further increasing the problem.

I've had a look at a few sites and it does look very much (read 'almost exactly') like a widow -though I haven't seen one that is exactly the same (the only difference is the marble part, though some widows I have seen are part marble, the design of the segment is slightly different).I haven't had any stability problems, but I will be extra careful. So far I think its smoking really well (although I am a newb!). One coal broken in half and each piece used separatley gives me an hour long smoke with a lot of thick white smoke (perhaps my view is limited as the only other hookahs I have tried have been the traditional large type while on desert safari in the UAE, and the medium size one I bought for a friend, which was horrible)! The build quality of this hookah is fantastic though -I'm so glad I chose to gift the medium size one to my friend and keep the smaller one for myself!
