Hookah Setup Help

I got a new hookah yesterday and the shisha keeps getting burnt! The bowl is sooo tiny, I place the coal on the sides but I can't help it. I don't fill it with shisha to the type, I put very little this time, and I mean almost nothing! Still burnt. I'm gonna buy a new bowl, any suggestions? PS tell me some good shishas you got:
Here are mine:
Fantasia (adios motherfucker, purple haze, dragons breath, joker, pink lemonade)
Al fakher (strawberry, grape)
I also got a free sample of Halo (Electric blues)

The halo is pretty good, I'm in love with adios motherfucker, and purple haze is nice. I haven't tried the others though.

What kind of pipe are you using? What bowl do you have currently? Mod, Egyptian, Chinese? Also what type of coals?

For the fantasia I suggest you use a vortex bowl and for the AF you'll get best smoke out of a phunnel bowl.

You'll want the bowl full of tobacco. Loosely packed, but full to the rim.

I suggest trying Al Fakher and Nakhla. They're easy to smoke. Then try Tangiers, starting with the Lucid line, and moving up to Noir if you like it. Check this thread for info on Tangiers: http://www.hookahforum.com/topic/40379-chreeess-guide-to-tangiers-success/

what they said.. also.. putting less tobacco will make it burn easier/faster. the more tobacco is in there, the more surface area it has to dissipate heat.

definitely will help knowing what bowl you're using, and what coals you're using too. If it's a tiny bowl, as you said, then using just half of whatever coal you have will probably help. if its a QL(quicklight) coal, split it in half before lighting it, and put just half on the bowl.

Fantasia Pink Lemonade is FANTASTIC. It tastes exactly like taking a drink of Pink Lemonade. Highly recommended.

Fill the bowl to the top. Don't be afraid of tobacco touching the foil screen.
