triggaman
Between a modern hookah and a classic hookah? I just realized I ordered a classic hookah (was called the Sherezad from hookahhub.com), and was wondering is there any difference between the classic hookahs and the modern hookahs in terms of the actual smoke itself? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!!
Skimo
im pretty sure they're pretty much the same in terms of smoke, i think its just the look thats different, i could be wrong though
GenuineHookahs
I personally like the modern chinese made hookahs better. More convenient to use

aronparsons
Most hookahs smoke about the same. The primary things that introduce problems, mainly how good the draw is, are if an auto-seal system is present and the hose. The downpipe and vase are mostly asthetic, but it is important they make a good seal and allow adequate room for both water and smoke in the vase. MrGuy
yup, not the size that counts, its how/what you smoke in it!No matter what you smoke soex in, it's going to taste like ass.You can normally adjust your draw (sometimes compromising smoke temperature and taste) by adjusting the ammount of water in the baseBut in terms of actual smoke, i don't think there is much difference. the thing that seems to seperate "good" and "bad" hookah's is the quality of the device itself. is it sturdy? is it big? is it heavy? and a lot of that, like smoke quality, is preference.
