GenuineHookahs
My listings keep getting removed for selling "tobacco related products." I have had long talks with ebay more then 10 times about how to fix it and everytime I get a different reason and they say its ok. I spent the last 5 hours relisting things and making changes just to find they remove every one of my listings again. I change things the way they tell me to, and they just keep removing them. I HATE EBAY UGGHHH

ghostofdavid
If you think that is hard, try selling firearm merchandise.
GenuineHookahs
lol they wouldnt even let that on period. Hookahs are tricky because you have to list them the right way. A lot of my competitors I think are behind all this crap I've had to deal with on eBay.

GenuineHookahs
well ebay will investigate al waha online and if they find that they do infact contain tobacco, they can remove them. They removed my listings before because they went to my site which was listing in my favorite links and saw that im selling hookahs "not for collectible purposes" and matched that with my ebay listings...lol how ridiculous is that.. GenuineHookahs
Well I usually dont have problems...ebay has moments where they get anal with me and I get into trouble with this crap for about a week. Usually every 2-3 months I have to deal with some stupid crap that ebay gives me...another thing they said one time was that they removed the listings because they were listed as "new" and collectibles cant be "new" items

Donkeema
That is just damn right outrageous! Ebay is a real pain in the arse at times, just gotta live with it and bend the rules a little.
DownZero
Aren't most hookah/tobacco products listed as collectibles rather than for tobacco use... I remember most ebay items I saw about hookahs say that they are not for smoking - just "collectibles"... something like that.

Sonthert
If they say they don't want tobacco products sold on Ebay, what is the problem? Don't sell stuff there.
nuschultz
Where do you draw the line on tobacco products though? Just the tobacco? or the devices you smoke tobacco from.I know a couple places just over the canadian border in niagara falls that sell "water pipes for tobacco usage only", but they are most definately bongs. How do you pin that down?
