hookahs and headaches

When I pull for a long time I get headache.It's because Nakhla is strong or it's a phenomenon in Hookahs?

Think of it this way: when you are breathing a lot of smoke, you aren't breathing much air at all. So every time you take a big inhale of smoke, it's sort of as though you just held your breath during that time, which leads to headaches. Nicotine can also cause headaches, too.

nakhla is often touted as a stronger tobacco. some find it too strong for their taste. its one of the unwashed types so it has .5% nicotine versus .05% in most washed.

i only get headachs from smoking when i already have one it just gets worse. and i only get sick from smoking if i cough (not often) but then i go take a leak and feel better for some reason
