benny
Hey Guys, as i had previously posted, i have two of these screw in fatota hookah's from israelI was just wondering, is a Mya QT going to give me any better results then what this baby gives?I find that my current one struggles to make a realy thick smoke, with AF grape or rose. Its usually a thinner, mist then a thick cloud?Lemme know what you guys reckon, coz i can get QT's for $40AUD and may pick one up, may not if it's no better then my current ones.Benny
ghostofdavid
Pick up one, regardless. Then you can have more people with you when you smoke socially!

Johnny_D
Hi Benny :)I found that after a while the screw seal was less than perfect, rub a little vaseline on the screwthread for a good seal!JD

benny
oi guys i just fired up the QT for the first time. She pulls really well, really really effortlessly compared to the fatota. I first did my nakhla sweet melon 2 layers foil 1x star coal. It burned in about 2 minutes and was revolting.I then repacked the bowl with AF Grape. It too for somereason continued to taste burned. I got a good grape flavour, but had a burned aftertaste. I used 1 layer of foil, and one star coal.Any suggestions? I didnt change the water.. Johnny_D
EEK!Have you pulled the foil tight? Have you tried usingTurkey foil [It's thicker than regular foil] ?Also Change that water!Never had Nahkla with a burnt taste. ever. period. nada.Another thought - Did you clean it before you started?Might have some packaging or plastic somewhere maybe ?JD
benny
This particular shisha, the melon, is farked. Dried out.But for some reason my AF tasted shite afterwards.Could it have been the water? or 1 layer of foil? or one coal?
