Looks like something similar that i used in the Southern area of Israel. For the life of me i can't remember the name, but was a very green packet and they also smoked well.Current coals are only going about 25-30mins. Anyone know of a decent UK Available Coal?I am seriously considering going over to the 'tradidional' coals.Which are cheap enough to purchase... just need one of those little blow torches :)JD

my advice about the blow torches... get one of these bigger torches and not a smaller one that doesn't have the tank, like you'd use in kitchens and stuff... I got one of those once and it got messed up easily

Hey.These coals also called Star and are manufactured in Greece. These coals are older than the green Star and are the source. In my opinion, the green and the red Star is shit and nothing but shit. Did you pay attention that you're hand stains in yellow and it's hard to take this off after you light the coal? And the clouds of smoke the coal's takes out when you light him, that's crazy man.The best coals you can get in Israel named Pegasus.Try them if there will be next time.

Yeah it makes copius amouts of smoke when u light it up.But once lit, theyre pretty clean. I dont get yellow stained hands either, tho the smoke does make my hands smell a little if theres a breeze that blows it back at me.I found them pretty good, never complained about their quality, but then again japanese silver coals are WAY better IMO.
