Macho555
I was shopping for a new hose when I noticed that Hookah Company now sells glass screens...does anybody have any type of experiance with these things? It says that they need more coal than a normal screen, and I'm thinking they wouldn't fit onto a ceramic bowl.

lilotaku
I personally have used glass screens before and i say that they work decently well, but for the most part I like to use screens on my small bowls and foil on my larger bowls. Glass would be my last choice. I've always had much better results with foil and screens.

Macho555
Well, the main thing is that the air where I live is always wet, with me living with an acre sized pond and two creeks. As such something like a screen rusts relativly quickly, even more than usual. I was hoping the glass screen would be more cost effective and less annoying, but I honestly can't find anyone that LIKES the things.

Macho555
I was under the assumption that I WAS using aluminum. Unless the ones from Social Smoke are steel...

Sonthert
Use foil or a steel screen. Rust doesn't affect them.
