Brandy in the Jar

The other day a few friends and myself just sat around playing pool and smoking some shisha. We decided to try adding some alcohol in the jar to see if it affected the taste. Damn, it was good. We put some brandy in the jar and smoked a bowl of nakhla sweet melon mixed with mint and it was great. I also felt like the brandy thickened the smoke as well. There was a very strong taste of the brandy mixed in the smoke. Next we added a touch more brandy and smoked some Al Waha After Nine, i have to be completely honest i personally don't like the after nine flavour, but i put up with it on the rare occasion because everyone else loves it. For some reason though this time was just amazing, it tasted like smoking a mint licour with a hint of chocolate. Very good, all should try this

Was it just brandy, or brandy mixed with water? What was the proportion of brandy to water?

brandy mixed with water it was probably 75% Water and 25% Brandy, add more for a stronger alcohol/brandy taste

Once some friends and I put Wild Turkey Whiskey in the vase. It was about 75% Wild Turkey and 25% Water. I think we were looking to get messed up... It didn't work. Just felt like taking a phantom shot every time we hit it. Maybe I'll try a different concentration next time.

Try dropping some red wine in with a fruit shisha. Delicious.

Vodka in the base I can see, but I just cant make myself waste a good brandy, red wine, etc in the base of my hookah when i could just as easily, and more enjoyably, drink it.
