Filled up the bowl, poked about 20 rather large holes with 2 halves of charcoal on top, used a windcover to rise the heat a bit. The first 2 draws didn't have any smoke on them but then at the 3rd draw released the biggest cloud i've seen in a long time! The taste is alright, tastes just like the real deal.
