for AF fluff it up nicely above the rim of the bowl and push it down to be even with the edge of the bowl, giving you an "in between" consistency, not fluffy, not really tight either, if your flavor is lacking just try a bit tighter, the trick is finding the right ratio, I tend to do DA really quite dense, but that can limit the draw, try the donut shape pack, ive done that and it worked pretty well with DA, not as good as classic pack in flavor but decent enough.
