I was attacked with completely false accusations by a member who has a history of doing such, I contacted John last night and he did nothing, so I had to say my piece that what that person was doing is wrong factually and morally. It's condemnable that I was defending myself from baseless defamation? How about the attack on my reputation and livelihood?

Threaten with slander charges then and involve John and littlec. If they don't respond to the letters from your lawyer, then they will have to sit in court. Simple.

ok. this is getting away from the subject. Fillup you havent logged on much so I'll excuse your sudden involvement as you are clearly uninformed about the conditions of the last "truce" and probably should find out the whole story before taking someone else to task.

Here it is. I have explained the situation and see no need to explain it over again. Eric (Tangiers) helped establish the ground rules and they were simple and straightforeward and John couldn't keep up his end of the agreement. So he is no longer a member and is not welcome.

This thread is going to be pinned and locked so everyone can see what happened. It is long past the "Medium" stage.
