Wharvey
I is amazing how my tastes have changed. When I started hooka smoking a few years ago I loved the sweeter sishas. Now I don't. Tried some Nakhlia. Isn't nearly as sweet. New favorite and it is a bunch cheaper also. A win, win.
Chreees
Yep! A lot of people realize soon enough that the best brands/flavors are not always necessarily the sweetest ones. Nakhla is extremely awesome in this aspect. You should also try out Tangiers. They have a ton of flavors that contrast quite well to sweet ones. Nerdy
Get on that tangiers kick for sure. Also AF has some good toned flavors and it's relatively cheap, easy to pack and lasts a good while. I feel you on the sweet thing though. I personally have stayed away from them. My best piece of advice is to go into flavors with an open mind. Only you can say its good or bad
SundayFundaysTV
I'm a big Nakhla fan and still am, there is one flavor that changed with my taste buds when it comes to Nakhla and that is sweet melon, used to love it, now its just way to sweet for my taste that I can barely smoke it. agunn1231
I used to love sweet flavors, not i like the more mellow less in your face with sweetness flavors, like DA, mint, and the occasional grape or peach
Wharvey
I was mixing AF vanilla with cherry and peach. Great addition. Got too much vanilla in the mix one and made me feel sick. Still can't stand the stuff. Still like most cherries and peaches but this seemed to start my shift in taste. Will have to try Tangiers but frankly all the stuff about acclimating it kind of scares me. Since I have a phunnel type bowl that may be my next purchase. [/quote] Tangiers is best in a legit Tangiers brand phunnel bowl, so I highly recommend picking one up when you purchase Tangiers. As for acclimation concerns, try the Lucid or Birquq lines, as they are less susceptible to giving you issues. I've only really ever had issues with acclimating Noir. Also less buzz, if that is something you are worried about. Check out my thread on Tangiers. Many people have PMed me saying it helped them a lot. http://www.hookahforum.com/topic/40379-chreeess-guide-to-tangiers-success/ Once you try it out, you'll realize it isn't near as daunting as you thought. Bawhee
I still like the more "in your face" flavors, but not as often as I once smoked them... nakhla doesnt really go all in your face with most flavors, AF on the other hand... well, I dont buy it as much as I used to
â€On
I like a bit of everything. All things in moderation! Some days it's florals, some days it's fruity florals. Some days it's sweet fruity flavors, others it's bitter or tart fruity flavors. Some days I like juicy tobacco, others I like dry. Sometimes I like washable hoses, other times I like traditional. Some days I like a restricted draw, other days a wide open draw. Everything about how I smoke varies from day to day. I will often get on a kick where I'm doing one thing for a few days in a row, but it usually doesn't last more than a week or so.

Hassouni
Watch out for Desi Murli, it's quite tasty but the nicotine levels will knock you flat. It makes Tangiers seem like fresh air
Chreees
I still need to try me some Desi... Been enjoying this Tangiers Burley, so I think I would rather enjoy a bigger buzz.

Wharvey
I have to try some. Don't get much buzz from anything. Guess years or pipe & cigar smoking has built up a tolerance for nicotine. Buzzes are a funny thing too. Can go from nice to too much so quickly. Now even the power house cigars don't do much. 8-
