Shisha Cafe In Ontario

Hi guys,

Just wondering if anyone has any knowledge or experience of anyone that has opened a shisha cafe in Ontario selling real tobacco (Al Fakher & Starbuzz, etc) and not the herbal tobacco. I've been doing serious planning in regards to layout, menu, suppliers, etc. and my last step is now to get into the legal aspect. After talking to a couple people, its rumored that its illegal but i know of specific shisha cafes in Mississauga I have been to that sell Al-Fakher tobacco.

Noone here can really give you legal advice, your best bet is looking up the laws in your area or talking to a lawyer from your area.

Ya, this pretty much covers it im afraid. Try asking the folks at the other lounge how they do it. Most local governments have a department that helps new businesses get started, they can probably help answer your questions.
