Hookah Kings

I ordered a hookah last night from Hookah Kings and I got a transaction approval but from what I am seeing on their Facebook fan page, people are not receiving a shipping tracking code, or their merchandise. I then checked and saw that the root user of this forum was the owner hookah kings, and then saw that others had trouble with them. I then emailed them 2 hours ago and made sure everything was running smoothly and that it would be sent out today(I ordered as a gift) and need it here by 15th which should be more than enough time if it is sent out with ups ground which I paid for. I just want conformation its on its way, and that I have nothing to worry about.

Well let's see, your first post on our forum, is a complaint of the forum owners retail site. Pardon me if that doesn't sound suspicious.

 

Have you tried actually contacting them. I order from 5starhookah.com every now and then... the only thing I EVER get from them is an email confirming my order, never that it's processed, shipped or anything of the sort, but it always arrives.

Gonna quote my own post so you can reread it. I guess I could be a spam bot, and you are doing you moderating. Thats fine, but Im not. The owner can match my email signed up with as the email I used to spend 75 dollars on his site. I am not trying to cause any issues, I was just curious whats up, due to others complaining on the forum, and that the owner hasn't even signed into his own forum in a month.

It's unclear if you got an email response. Adam responded to your email saying it will be sent out today, correct? Or are you hoping it is sent out today?

 

Any site will have complaints just look at our review section. If you don't feel you have received what you need for your order contact Mushrat, as he has more personal ways of contacting him to help get your answers.

 

Adrock, keeps the forum a free flowing discussion of hookah, not make this forum an advertising machine for his site.

4Runner, no disrespect was intended. I wanted to make sure you were legit (there are some extraneous things we are keeping an eye out for due to past events). I have no problem with you airing your grievances here. I truly am sorry you are having issues. I would encourage you to keep trying to make contact.

 

Other option is to cancel the transaction on your card by calling your bank and place an order at another vendor.

I would suggest that for anyone with a "gotta have it by........" deadline, you always call it in.  It's the only way to be sure for any vendor of anything and everything.  I have yet to have one who didn't accept I needed my order by a specific date and didn't work to make it happen.

Well here we are the day after I needed it. I spoke to the owner of hookah kings again on tuesday, however he said i would be receiving a tracking code, nothing still. I ordered it the 7th. I have no idea if its at the ups store where I can pick it up(they dont ship to doors on Saturday) or if its in limbo. I was planned on giving the person the gift today. Ugh
