Pavo21
So i am doing a review on a Amy Deluxe hose that I found, PRETTY EPIC! Build: Built well strong rubber tubing and super light weight aliuminum tips Looks: Looks like a BEEFED up Tonic hose or Fancy HosePull: Super wide gauge about the diameter as the KM beast hose.Washability: 100% washableComfort: The tip is not super comfy, but it does not hurt your lips in anyway, its just putting your mouth on a piece of metal. But it is well rounded off so that it doesn't cut you.Price: ~$20,whole sale, so i would said roughly $30ish retail.Specialty: THIS HOSE IS FLAME RETARDIENT!!!!!!!!! i will post pictures or video soon of me putting the hose on the stove and on coals! I didn't belive it but i tried it and no problems at all. When i put it on the coal it just pushed the smoke out and no smells no burning no nothing 100% perfect. Purchased From: Secret wholesalerOverall: 10/10. Its a perfect hose, it will never rot, will never hold smells, will never melt or burn. Super easy to clean. Coyote
Interesting... Too bad the mouth this is metal though. Do plastic tips fit in well?
Chreees
Do you want this to serve as a topic for discussion or review, Pavo? If you want it to be for discussion but also wish to have this in the reviews section, feel free to just copy/paste the original post as a new thread here: http://www.hookahforum.com/forum/95-hoses/ Now, my thoughts... Nice length! Giggidy. Isn't this from Germany or whatever? Associated with Nargilem? I just feel like I've seen this thing before, but not quite sure if it was on that German site or not. Either way, it looks pretty much like a beefed-up Fancy or Nu hose, like you mentioned. Looks like a nice durable hose, but lacks in the aesthetics department. You mentioned roughly $30 retail- I wouldn't pay more than $15 or 20 for it. $20 is being generous, IMO. Let's be honest- with the simplicity of the hose construction, not much went into making it. Therefore I think $30 retail is a bit too much of a profit margin on this item.
Bawhee
if its heat resistant to the point where you can put it on the coals and it wont have a mark on it 30$ might be reasonable, for a lounge for example cause there is always a douche that uses the hose to move the coals about... not for me personally though, cuz 30$ is a bit much :P
thehelios
$30 for a non-"This is our flagship hose" hose? Ridiculous. Take away the flame retardant tubing and give me some normal, washable tubing of the same dimensions and I'll easily drop $15 on it.
Lebrancard
Looks more like a toothpast-tube than a hookah hose. Even tho the material is really sturdy as you say, it hardly fits visually with all the golden vases 'n stuff. I'd love to hold one of these hoses before I judge it, but for now, I'd rather not put my lips 'n teeth to a metal tip. IF, however, there would be some easy to get, blue-ish vases and stems, this would be an awesome hose of choice.

Hey chris so it says i cannot do anything to the hose thread thats why i posted it here, but id like to do a review and topic. I agree 30$ might be much, but for 20$ whole isn't bad, but im thinking between 25-30 depeding who u get it from. But it isn't sexy looking and the metal isn't werid or uncomfortable at all. and for katies reply the mya Tips do fit in the hose like most km hoses and myas. but i think they are perfect for a lounge because of idiots and you'd never neeed to replace them. I was telling our co-owner that if we could cover them and make them look fancy i bet it would apeal to more people.

I wonder if you can put the metal pieces in the dishwasher... As far as the look of it i think it looks fine, its not the a Turkish carpet hose or whatever but eh... its still relatively sleek looking. But the price? $30?! No thanks... I'll stick to my nu-hoses and fancy hoses. One more question, would it be damaged if I wear to step on it with all my weight??

Coyote
I'm not saying to step on it and ruin it.. maybe just press the mouth part gently with the bottom of your foot and see if it gives. Plus then you can have a flat mouth tip like a cocotip if it works. I'm just curious how strong it is. I wonder if it can stand up to the coyote path of destruction.
