I'm not sure what site it would be there for you, but here in the States we have Craigslist, where people post items locally for sale. Maybe give that a shot as well. Also, check out http://www.kasbah.us/ . Keep an eye on their Facebook page. Vintage pipes will sometimes be posted there for sale, only on the FB page. Excellent prices, too.
