I realized that having it open on the index page in one tab all the time, you still have to refresh because the shoutbox goes inactive and does that annoying "I'm Back" thing. With the shoutbox on the top of every page, you're refreshing it every time you navigate to a new page, so there's no need to keep going back to the other tab and hit refresh to see what people have shouted since you last checked. I definitely dig it. It's officially Friday here in good ol' Central time, so I declare it so! The people of Hookah Forum have spoken, and the shoutbox shall be on every page!
