Hookah Smoking And Your Health: Protips

Frequently you may read reports on the links of smoking hookah with cancer, but what these fail to mention is how hookah smoking can BENEFIT your health! You may be thinking I am crazy, but my personal scientific experiments have all been quite successful, with a maximum calorie loss per session totaling up to 400 cal/b (calories per bowl).


Sound too good to be true? Here’s how I have used hookah to maximize my muscle gains and fat loss:


1.      
Be sure to get in a good stretch, it increases your lung capacity and reduces chance of muscle cramp. If this isn’t the cut of your jib, load a youtube video of a girl stretching. Sometimes it’s the thought that counts.  


2.

     a. For added benefit, set up an xbox or PS3 in the room and forget about those miles as they pass.


3.      
If you don’t have a video game console, load in a manly film. The only films that build testosterone and chest hair includes: Fight Club, Predator, Dirty Harry, Goodfellas, any 007 flick, Taken, Pumping Iron with Arnold Schwarzenegger, Warrior, Die Hard, Rambo, Gladiator, Rocky, Wallstreet, or Commando. If you have none of these, rethink your library.


4.      
Smoke as many full plumes of your favorite shish to maximize lung capacity and increase calories burned via muscle flexing. Soon, your lung muscles will compete with those of Billy Mays and Chuck Norris. If your chest is burning, that means its working!


5.      
Recommended: Save all of your sweat to load into the base of your hookah. This is the epitome of full-flex hookah exorcising. It also adds a chestnut-whiskey flavor from your habitual scotch drinking.


By now, you should consider your smoking habit to be sets/reps and a crucial part of your explosive muscle gain and fat loss. There are many exorcises you can also do in-between puff sets. Arm curls, pushups, situps, chest fly, benchpress, you name it. Soon this will be you!:

I've totally smoked hookah while on a stationary bike before. I think I was able to ride it all the way through 2 movies (stopping to get coals and repack) before I got tired lol
