Ah, well if you ever give tangiers a try let me know, I rarely smoke it since it's hard to get around here, but I find it needs a lot less heat than nakhla or mizo or AF, so smaller coals or even halves seems to be good, or just starting with 2 normal sized and adding more later works well. If they were too big it could be a bit of a pain.
