First tried packing it again in the Kasbah male phunnel, and the foil was sucking down onto the spire, resulting in some crazy restriction... It hasn't been a problem before with Tangiers, I guess because Tangiers I pack all the way full, and so it was lifting the foil up off the spire. Anyway, I repacked it in my Tangiers Mini Phunnel and it is now smoking GREAT! Awesome flavor, huge clouds. I just sprinkled it in so where it was at the top, but not quite touching the foil. In a phunnel I pack it same as Semir; sprinkled lightly to just above the rim, then I pack it down just a bit. That is how I do pretty much everything besides tang in a phunnel.
