1st off welcome to the forum!

What are you looking at in price? If you want a cheaper hookah I would suggest one of the small MYA hookahs, anything else is usually super cheaply made and wont last long. Invest a few bucks more in a quality rig and you will be so much better off.

It isnt hard to set up a hookah at all to get it going, search around and ask lots of questions and well get you up and running in no time!

Mate for £40 you can get a solid, basic, Khalil Maamoon from any of the shops on Edgeware Road. Nothing fancy, but perfectly reliable.

I always saw Google on the bottom user list and just assumed it wasn't a human...

Any of the MYAs will smoke just fine.  The econo line is made from cheaper materials and I wouldn't recommend since you are not looking for a travel/camping hookah.

The smell/smoke doesn't last that long.  If you sit in a room without much fresh air coming in you will notice it building up smoke and someone entering will definitely smell it, but it dissipates quickly.  If you smoke with a window open and some wind coming in you should be fine.  The smell doesn't stay in the furniture.

that's you helped me out a lot there with the smell. I did not want to spend to much on my first hookah because i don't relay if i am going to smoke it that often. The mya ones seems to be pretty pricey.

Also are the smaller ones easier to setup than the bigger ones or dose it not matter?

size of hookah doesnt really matter for anything besides bigger looks cooler :P I would say though that even if you wont smoke it often a quality mya will last you a lifetime basically, doesnt matter if you smoke daily or once a month its gonna last (so long as you take care of it ofc.)

Myas will be easier to fit into the sink to clean due to their small size, but they will be more complicated to clean due to their many threaded connections and common chamber.

Different Google. This guy is new. Google in grey is the search engine service.

Google, after getting the hookah, whatever you pick, you then need some natural coals, a single coil stove (usually like 10$ at any random drug store/bodega/apothek/whatever) and some tobacco. The tobacco you can pick my going through the reviews in the review section.

By Natural coals we mean the non-quick light disks. Naturals need a stove or open burner or something to start them as you can't do it with simply a lighter.

I like these:

Some folks like these but I think they produce WAY too much ash:

Some people like the coconut ones.

They are more trouble, but a cleaner and more enjoyable smoke.

I also suggest some cleaning brushes, denture tablets, and something to carry/break up you hot coals in.
