King Mo
hi guys, time for some fumari reviews. I must say the customer service was excellent and delivery was the fasted yet from any company. 5 days to get to the UK. Romman was pretty quick too, but southsmoke is the slowest (2 weeks). all the flavours came in nice looking fumari packaging, and looks fresh enough. However, it says 'made in Jordan' on the back which was rather worrying. to start with. here's white peach. their most pricy flavour. WHITE PEACH this didn't smell too fantastic when I opened it. Texture was nice ,and wasn't wet but not dry either. Started it up, and smoked it, and I must say it is a nice flavour to smoke. Tastewise it is very accurate, and it was a pure taste which didn't feel contaminated as u sometimes get with cheaper tobacco (u'll have extra tastes here and there). It is a gentle smoke and not strong, but flavoursome, and lasts for very long too. Compared with the romman peach, I'd say it's a tough call and is similar, but this one had a more pure peach taste in my opinion. Great flavour, alround good, but not spectacular in any one way. Tough to fault. 8.5 GUAVA: This was rather interesting. Smelt like guava, and the texture was similar to the peach. Once smoked, again the flavour was nice (a little mild) and you could feel and smell the guava. Not too strong, but it was so different that you couldn't fail to be a little excited by it. Not for those who don't like guava, but I liked it. again, great flavour, so different, decent smoke 8 MINT CHOC This was again rather interesting. quality was the same as the other two, and the smell was nice. Once smoked, I must say the mint is what overpowers everything, but where most mint flavours taste like mint with a little hint of crap, this tastes like mint, with a little hint of chocolate If you like mint, you'll like this no question, and the chocolate hint is very very mild, but nice. Enjoyable, possibly best mint I've tried. 8.5 YELLOW APPLE This I was looking forward to. Got it going, and it smelled nice. My criticism is it wasn't too apply, and tasted very very floral. I hate floral flavours, so was disappointed with it as it didn't appeal to my taste. The flavour strength was good, as was the smoke, but I hate flowery tastes. Nice if you are into rose and such flavours. no good for me, but not bad quality, 6 for me, but 8 if you like the flavour CHERRY. This one looked great and seemed to be a nice one. That was until I got it going. it was far wetter than the others, and that I believe affected the smoke. There was far more smoke created (almost of Fakher standards), but the problem was the flavour. It was tooooooooo light. You couldn't really taste it. It was just smoke. Nice smoke, but very little flavour 5.5 overall I was impressed, will review more when I try them. I must say all their flavours are 'different' to try and worth trying again. It is premium tobacco, but the smoke generated is not compareable with fakher which still creates the most luxurious smoke.
Mathazar
I would be VERY careful in your future choices with Fumari. The names looks really exotic, but when you smoke them, it's like the cherry, lots of flavorless smoke. The white peach that I ordered in the past was the BEST shisha I had ever smoked, it tasted just like peach, and was very fresh tasting. But, my latest batch tasted kind of soapy. It didn't have the same strength in flavor that I've had on previous orders. The Mint Chocolate Chip was good, but you're right, the mint DOES overpower the chocolate. I couldn't even taste the chocolate. The plain Chocolate was nice and sweet tasting, not a bad smoke, but no way did it taste like chocolate. Once again, the only flavors of Fumari that I found to be worth smoking were the White Peach and Watermelon. The Watermelon is VERY good. I've been told that it's their MOST popular flavor, and whenever they get it on the shelves in their store, it quickly disappears
Kofod
Now - I gotta know something - maybe its due to me not being a native english speaker or I just dont know my fruits as I should - the "white" in white peach what is the exact meaning og that?
E.G.
Kofod -- It's the color of the fruit. As I'm sure you're aware, the fruit of most peaches are an orange-ish color. White peaches are much more pale -- not quite white, but a very very light pink/orange. Generally, I think the flavor of the fruit (not the massal) isn't as strong as a regular peach, and a little lighter. Not quite as juicy, not quite filling your mouth as much. I very much enjoy white peaches, but they are different than the more traditional variety. E.G.
Kofod
Ok It would figure that it was the color - but I just never until now seen or heard of such type of peach. Nice to get it cleared
Mathazar
If you haven't tried a white peach.....OMG....you don't know what you're missing. White peaches, when ripe, are FAR more tasty than regular peaches, and the texture is more like an apple. They're VERY sweet. When spring or summer arrives again, try to get your hands on some white peaches, you'll be VERY happy you did.
Mathazar
This produce company ships White Peaches between the months of May thru September. I don't know if they ship to Denmark, but it would be worth your effort to call them and find out. They would make a GREAT gift to someone who hasn't ever tried them before: www.bouquetoffruits.com 1-800-243-7848 or 559-432-9135 Give them a try, you won't be disappointed

Gamaliel
Kofod if you do find the white peaches, see if you can get the donut peach. These are shaped almost like a donut, kinda flat, but they are sweeter and a lil juicier than the normal white peach

Fumystery
where do you buy Fumari products ? Is there a website where you can order both Fumari's and Al Fakher's ?
Kofod
Fumari is only sold at their own page where they only sell their own fumari brand. So nope
Gamaliel
Aye Fumystery, they only sell their own brand, however I think the Hookah Lounge that I go to,gets their massel from Fumari.I dont know this for sure but the waitress<after much bribery>told me that they get it from a company that custom blends it here in the states. If you are interested in Fumari, the white peach and watermelon are fantastic,I havent tried the other flavors but I think those flavors are the flagship of the company. King Mo
PREMIUM MELON This was an interesting smoke, similar to the others in texture, and the same smoke density, which is acceptable, but by no means at all close to fakher. Flavour was decent, and it lasted for a long time as with the others. It doesn't taste luxurious though, and you'd be almost as happy with the cheap stuff. The flavour didn't feel contaminated with others as with the rest, and you get what you expect, if your expectations are of a normal melon flavour. I am assuming this is different to the watermelon flavour, which I have not seen on the site. (but want to try) reasonable, but cheap-ish in taste.
King Mo
btw when i say it didnt' feel contaminated, I am comparing to the cheap tobaccos, where you get a flavour, with a hint of something else (which I refer to as 'a hint of crap') I am not comparing it with the other flavours within the fumari range. The quality is similar to romman to be honest. It's like a refined cheap tobacco. Also, it says 'made in jordan', which is again interesting. Mathazar
Well, perhaps the tobacco is from Jordan, and the mixing process goes on in the U.S.
Mathazar
Buy a Syrian Glyph Triple hosed hookah from: www.hookah-shisha.com Or buy yourself a good rotator hookah. I've got a rotator single hosed and it's the BEST hookah I've ever owned. The Syrian Glyph, on the other hand, has an "Auto-Seal System", which takes away the neccessity of having to put your thumb over the mouthpiece so that someone else can take a hit. It's the MOST creatively-designed hookah that I've seen on the market. It's Glyph etchings in the shaft make this ONE beautiful hookah. I highly-reccommend the Gold Shaft on Green Vase. I my honest opinion that's the most beautiful style. Go Check it out. Hookah-Shisha has very good Customer Service. And don't forget to order some Romman Premium Tobacco. I just received a shipment of Romman: Double Apple, Orange, Coconut, Sweet Melon, and Strawberry. Don't order their Peach, it SUCKS!!! The Sweet Melon is the BEST of the bunch!!! It's very smokey, and it tastes EXACTLY like Sweet Honeydew melon. The Double Apple is the BEST that I've tasted sofar. You won't be disapointed with the Syrian Hookahs, with the Auto-Seal System! I Guarantee Your Satisfaction!!!
entrailsgalore
My rotator is still busted :/
Mathazar
Just be aware that the gold shaft is made of copper and it WILL tarnish if gotten wet, so you must keep it dry. I don't know if the silver shaft is stainless or not. Other than that, you may have trouble sometimes getting the rubber grommet on the shaft to go into the vase. If that happens, simply pull the black rubber grommet from the shaft and then slide it into the vase, then the shaft will slip into the vase NO PROBLEM!!! Otherwise, I think you're making a good decision by getting the Syrian Glyph. You're gonna LOVE it........GUARANTEED. Ahhhh.....but wait, there's something else I forgot to mention . The platform near the top of the hookah that catches the ashes is NOT sealed to the hookah, so the syrup from the shisha will drip down the shaft and come in contact with whatever surface the hookah is resting on. Therefore, if you're going to have your hookah on the floor next to your computer, make absolutely sure that you place a rug or something to catch the syrup, because it WILL stain your carpet, as it did mine. Right now I'm using a 1 hose Rotator hookah that I bought locally, and the ashtray is welded to the shaft, so there is NO dripping getting onto the floor. You could easily take care of the problem with a cookie sheet or a plate to place under the vase to catch the syrup. But, if you know that you're going to be using your hookah with others, then you making a good choice by getting the Syrian Glyph
Mathazar
Oh, and don't forget the Golden Coals from Hookah-Shisha, there the best quick-lighting coals on the market, IMO
