lilotaku
<shaking fist> Sons of Bitches!!! </shaking fist>it always sucks when they raise the prices on the maassel you love! Maybe more people will stop buying it and perhaps they may lower the prices again.

Sonthert
As I just joked in another thread, 100g is $9 from Fumari. 250g of Al Amir is also $9, 250g of Al Waha or Nahkla is a dollar less. So, Fumari is about 3 times the price of Al Waha or Nahkla!

joetuo
So....would it even be worth it to make a hookahforum boycott of this outrageous price increase???
aronparsons
So....would it even be worth it to make a hookahforum boycott of this outrageous price increase???
I doubt anything formal needs to be done but they lost my future money today. I was planning on buying another 500g from them this week and came on here to check what other flavors people love; I saw this thread, checked it out, and promptly left their site for good. Social got another order from me today instead.
Joseph
Some one should send them an e-mail telling them how displeased we are
imonlyapuppet
It's not like we're a union, I don't think they'll care if some random internet forum isn't happy with them trying to make money. They are a business after all. I agree that nothing formal really needs to be done, it's not THAT big of an issue. There's plenty of other kinds of shisha and plenty of other places to buy it. mushrat
I don't think they care much, or they wouldn't have jacked the price. They must know what the market is for other stuff, guess they just figure theirs is worth it....

djnick
From: Nick [mailto:djnick@gmail.com]Sent: Monday, September 11, 2006 2:09 PMTo: ContactSubject: Prices Hello,I am wondering why there is a sudden increase in prices? It used to be $7 for 100g, now it is $9 for 100g, other brands are giving 250g for the same price. Is there any reason for this? also will you offer any promotion or discount? thanksNickREPLY:Nick,Thank you for your comments. In order for us to continue offering our full line of Fresh Hookah Tobacco and hookah products with the same prompt service you are accustomed to, we have adjusted our prices to compensate for the continuous rise in raw material costs such as tobacco and flavoring ingredients as well as increasing taxes, shipping fees and rising fuel prices. We have adjusted the price of our individual tubs of tobacco to $9 for 100 grams. Our package deals offer discounts ranging from an estimated 12.5 to 20% when you consider that we still offer free UPS Ground shipping for any order over $60.00. We hope you understand the reason behind this price change, and we look forward to your continued support and loyalty. If you have any other questions or comments, please feel free to contact our office.

No joke a guy has built a hybrid water/gasoline engine that will be running in military humvees. Also another team has developed a car that runs on compressed air. Look it up. It's all real.
