mellowbonsai
Hey everyone, this is my first post, I apologize if these topics are dead horses. I tried searching the topics, but all i turned up was rubbing alcohol to clean with and the shisha vs cigarettes health debates.Anyway, a couple of questions.Has anyone tried putting alcohol or liquor into the base instead of water or juice? Did you mix it with water or juice? What ratio? Etc...And lastly, has anyone tried drying out their shisha and rolling their own cigarettes with it? I've tried a few times, but the tobacco never catches.
novicafe
I have tried putting in about 2/3 vodka and 1/3 water in the base of my hookah. It gives you a head-buzz, but ultimately I think it ruins the taste of the hookah. And personally I think its a waste of alcohol.
KiKaL
I've done alcohol in the base before with vodka. I wasnt a huge fan but I don't like vodka much in the first place. It seemed though my friend who set it up did only vodka and nothing else in the base. Some people said it gave a better buzz but I felt nothing more then usual. Overall a waste of booze
nuschultz
I like to toss some red wine and water in the base with a fruit shisha. I think its good.
azcoyote
I find sipping juice while smoking through plain water produces the best flavor.
DCShisha
I suspect that shisha tobacco has way too much glycerine in it to allow it to burn normally in a cigarette. Seems like a waste of good shisha anyway; more enjoyable smoking it out of a hookah.
unleashtheclown
I find sipping juice while smoking through plain water produces the best flavor.
Exactly my thoughts too, the only thing I ever add to the water is ice on occasion. I always put my bases in the refrigerator when I'm not smoking so they're very cold
Lukasa
I find sipping juice while smoking through plain water produces the best flavor.
Sippin' on gin and juice. Laid back. Got my mind on my money and my money on my mind. Personally I think that putting liquor in the base is a really stupid idea. No I have never tried it, but I can expect what it'd be like. SanguineSolitude
why would you dry out the shisha and put it in cigarettes? thats like saying you wanted some beer so you bought whiskey and left it out until most of the alchohol evaporated. yashman19
I find sipping juice while smoking through plain water produces the best flavor.
Amen. I prefer to keep my hookah and my juices/boozes/whatever seperate. i enjoy smoking so much more when I'm sipping on some type of liquid. Not dissing on the people who do use booze in the base, but I just feel differently. No big deal
