squidget
I can understand that... What about going to the local Wally World and getting a small cast iron pan. It will likely set you back around ten dollars and you can pass it on to your grand children's grand children I was thinking this or a small soufle (spell?) pan. I've seen the mini cast iron pans for cookies and I think that would be perfect.
ilikemyusername
Cookies? No man, they make a high walled Pan that's maybe 5inches x 5inches
Sporq
The popping is the metal expanding from heat. I went to a local goodwill and found a nice brass decorative bowl with a handle, and it works well enough for transport, and looks pretty cool too. You can find them at a lot of the thrift stores for a couple of bucks because people use them for potpourri. Just make sure to wash it out well. mattarios2
Yeah as stated I just put the coals on my bowl and walk over to the hookah in the basement with the coals on the bowl.
dizzbizz
I use a small stainless steel mixing bowl for my coals. I don't leave them in there and set it down on a table or anything though. I just use it to get the coals from the burner to the hookah and set the bowl next to the hookah on the ground. I also use it to ash because I hate seeing tons of ash on my ash tray... I just like to keep my hookah clean when I smoke.
dizzbizz
Yeah as stated I just put the coals on my bowl and walk over to the hookah in the basement with the coals on the bowl. I've had way too many coals fall on my hand this way. I avoid that as much as possible
Stuie
I debating whether I really like the new Mya Coal carrier. Don't get me wrong it looks gorgeous, but the bowl is just really deep, and I have the smallest one. I like it, but it just feels awkward putting the coals in and taking them out.
