Tangiers Burley Absinthe

Recommended Posts

I have had Burley before, but not Absinthe. I had Static Starlight and Cane Mint in Burley. They are amazing. Now I have had Absinthe, but in Noir. It's a good Cane Mint/Anise flavor, best way to describe it. I can only imagine it'd be better in Burley, probably gives it more depth. Burley packs more of a buzz than Noir I think, but doesn't have the tobacco notes like Noir typically does. It's just great all-around, and I think more flavors should be made in it. You shouldn't be disappointed if you haven't tried it already.

I actually prefer the burley version of absinthe definitely more depth in the flavor and I think you get to taste more of the subtleties and earthy tones.  Also the mint was much more subdued  think more of a sweet mint than cane mint flavor

I loved it in burley, only becuase u tasted more anise, but the noir has a bit more mint to me so u gotta chose what u want. but burley is a very up and coming line which will be awesome.

I'm just wondering what line Indian Summer will be made in in the future, as he decided to cut it from the Lucid line. :( 'Tis my favorite flavor...

I cant wait, I orginally ordered Cane Mint Noir from Hookahset, but my order got cancelled by them...so I looked around and found on UltimateHookah the Burley line and got excited...I also ordered Static Starlight in Noir, my mouth is watering now waiting for it.

I wonder how much I have left.  And I wonder if you can still get it direct from the lounge...

well I've had two bowls of CB Absinthe, and its...different. I have never had the drink so I dunno how its supposed to taste. But One thing I did notice is heat mgt with it. Too much and it has a strong spice taste (anise im guessing) but with lower heat all the flavors balance well. I do get mint and at the end a taste of what i think must be the burley. overall nice, but not a go to for me. Can't wait for more CB line.

Well, we're going to a friends house Saturday night and I'll take my hookah if they are cool with it. They have a newborn in the house. We will probably smoke outside if we can't smoke inside. The guy loves hookah and he knows I take one everywhere.

Hopefully, the tobacco will arrive soon enough for me to open itand get it in a container before we go.

If folks like Double Apple, they will like Absinthe, right?

CB is amazing. Absinthe is amazing... the two combined is out of this world. For real.

Absinthe is another one of those flavours, like Marigold and Blue Gumball, that doesn't taste like what it smells like.
