The window for post edit is either 5 or 10 minutes, I can't remember exactly. It takes a certain amount of posts to become "Vested". Notice how you're in the "Members" group. When you have the required amount of posts, you will become "Vested" allowing you to edit your posts. I think it only takes 20 or so posts.
