Try just using some brasso or barkeepers friend to see if that will work.

if not, i'm sure you could use a fine sandpaper but like. REALLY fine. like.. 1500-2,000 grit, otherwise the scratches from the paper will be noticeable. then brasso/barkeepers friend it after sanding it out

INSIDE the downstem?

if it's inside it's not hurting anything. I've never seen scratches inside my downstems, how the heck were you cleaning it?!? lol

Dude I was using a stem brush ... I even covered the top tip and the bottom metal so it wouldn't scratch the inside of my fling downstem -.- whoever created stem brushes can fk off... Stupidest idea metal on metal contact... At least wrap the metal handle and tip with plastic assholes

lol damn man. that sucks. You must've been really working it! I've never been able to scratch the inside of my stem.. I tried it today; just to see if i could. haha

It's not going to effect anything though man. I know you said you're kinda OCD about stuff, but maybe just don't look down the stem? lol

haha if this is "deep doodoo" I don't want to see how you'd react to an external scratch or a broken vase.

Sorry to hear it though. As said, I doubt it would really affect the smoking experience, especially if it is a hairline scratch.

dude Im only a stem collector atm id rather break my KM base then have this scratch, its a perfection thing that sometimes is an overkill.........well most of the time. as for bohos I would probably go nuts and attack my landlord. takes the rent out ten days later after its due and refuses to fix anything.
