Bawhee
I recommend the forum search function :DAs an actual answer to your question, steam stones are literally stones that are rather porous and soaked in a flavored molasses mix thingamajig, so you put the stones that have absorbed the flavoring and molasses into your bowl and smoke them like tobacco, obviously the stones do not contain any nicotine etc. People have said some very good things, mostly about Shiazo and some other stones, and I know that one brand was marked as particularly bad but I cant for the life of me remember the names right now :PKeep in mind this is closer to vaping than smoking hookah, its similar but still quite different, so maybe check out some reviews and if youre interested try them yourself :)
mustang67n
exactly what Luka said. I'd shake up the cans first so the juices are evenly distributed. They handle heat rather well too so I'd put a bit more coal on than normal. Use a shallow-ish bowl and phunnels/ vortex bowls work best so the juices don't drip down. They don't last as long as tobacco though, only about 45 minute a bowl from my experience. BUT. you can save the rocks from the bowl, clean them, dry them, then re-use them in the container! :D
