What Do You Consider A Large Change In Humidity (Dew Point)?

Recommended Posts

Had a bowl of k peach on sun that was fabulous. Dew point was 61. Having a bowl of k peach right now and there is zero flavor but everything else is equal in terms of clouds buzz etc. Dew point right now here is 40. Didn't realize how much of a change there was until I was smoking, got no flavor, and then checked the weather on intellicast.

What have you guys found is the breaking point with Tangiers? I know different flavors vary but a rough guideline would be quite beneficial to know.

Thanks!

I have the same issue with blackberry.

no fluctuation ... EVER? Even in between seasons? Like right now is tough because mass doesn't know if it still wants to be summer or fall. So some days it is like our summers in the 60s for dew point then the next day is cool and dry in the 40s like the fall here. Suppose I will just smoke nakhla in between seasons.

But it would be nice to know a rough guideline like within 10 or 15 or 20 etc.

I mean, we have fluctuations, but I never notice a difference in flavor loss even last month when it was raining for nearly the whole month straight. Everything still smoked normal as if it were our average. It's usually around 25, our rainy season it goes to 4o
