Does Anyone Still Use Afire?

Recommended Posts

Charley! I remember the good times we used to have back in the day. Glad to see you back, my man. :)

I remember them. Someone on here (may have been you, dunno) sent me a few "tires" and I split them and used them. They made my apartment at the time stink like a campfire, IIRC. Other than that, they were an awesome coal.

I guess you're still using them? How they holding up for you?

I was formerly known as INCUBUSRATM, back when you were active. :D Sorry, I know the name change confuses folks who haven't been around in a while.

Good to hear they're still around. Like I said, it was a great coal, just way too stinky at the time for me. With my new living situation, I am renting a house and light my coals in a big separate room from the house that we call the den/party/hookah room. I can light them in there no problem, or just take the burner right outside the door to the back patio and light them there... I think I know which coal I'm buying next once I burn through the rest of my Coconaras!

almost the whole time i was gone I had no hookah. (almost three years!) now I am back cleaned up my old tri metal and have been smoking some crappy generic shisha from smoker friendly. but I have some nak on the way now and still have a few afires left and soon as i get payed im going to order the 24lb box.

That's odd. I know Ryno smokes just about nothing but and he lives in Indiana. The new Birquq line I've never had any acclimation issues. You may be impressed with it. Or not. I think you should at least try it out. It's kind of like an in-between of Noir and Lucid. Oh, and Lucid has been discontinued, btw. Birquq took over instead.
