kbhatti
Hi Guys, new here. Just bought my own hookah from Pakistan but stupid me bought a 32-36" hose(thats what it came with). Just wondering what's the best budget 72"+ hose I can buy and from where? I'm located in NY and need one fairly quick so whatever retailer ships fast. Also, after doing so research on here, it seems like Al-Fakher is a really good brand. True? mushrat
A 72" Mya washable is your best buy. Last hose you are liekly to need. I think www.socialsmoke.com has em, among other places. Check our merchant listing thread stickied at the top of this forum section and look around.Every brand has it's good and bad flavours. AF has some good ones and some really not so good ones... kbhatti
Just remembered a few more questions:1.The charcoal screen I have works like crap compared to foil paper, is that the general concensus or is something wrong?2. My hokah is very small so will all hoses regardless of size fit into it?3. I'm really paranoid about charcoal falling onto the carpet, that would result into the last time I can smoke indoors, any good resolution so the hookah never tips over or the coal stays secure? Thanks again, I'm officially addictedKB
Erica
When I used to smoke inside i would put a cookie tray underneath the hookah. Not only does it protect the carpet from coal it gives the base something sturdy to sit on =o)I use foil, don't use screens, so can't help you there. Can you post a pic of your hookah? Not all hoses will fit in every hookah

EvansLight
screens are diffrent to use than foil. I personally am the forum screen monger to get screens working good, you need to know that you shouldnt have the tobacco touching the screen, since unlike foil the screen dosent disipate the heat that touches it, because its solid metal. So just pack the bowl down good, then use a toothpick to poke a hole through the tobacco to allow air flow
