The new guy

Recommended Posts

Hows it going everyone? I'm the new guy here..My name is Matthew Jenkins and i live in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area and I'm VERY new to the hookah experience. I first tried a hookah this past weekend at a buddie's house and was blown away by the experience and decided that it was something i wanted to continue doing. I generally have smoked flavored cigars and normal tobacco pipes before so you can imagine my amazement at the intensity of the flavor from shisha! Not to mention the smoothness of the smoke. I'm interested in getting a 1 hose Rotating Stargate hookah from Taqseem...but still havent really decided yet...Any tips or info is highy appreciated!!! Thanks guys and gals, and i hope to talk to you guys soon!

i think that for a beginner, you should get a regular egyptian style hookah, they are very easy to use, so to speaki just say that because i have heard about lots of problems about the stargate when it is not used properly, and it would be a shame to see oyu loose all that money just because you are not used to the hookah experience yetjust my two cents

thanks so much for the tips guys! Yea ever since i've smoked i've been shopping around...unfortunately not alot of sites let the buyers rate the product so i just kinda was leaning towards the Stargate based on the look honestly.Any feelings on rotator versus the standard type?

They seemed more sturdy to me at the base...but i could be totally wrong.. *shrugs* Thanks for answering my newbie questions i appreciate it!
Go to Giza on Harwood and Brown Trail in Hurst. They have so good deals on their hookahs, great deal on Three Kings charcoal, and good shisha prices. That way at least for your first purchase you are not having to wait.
THANKS! i'm going to have to check that place out! The only place i knew of in the mid-cities area was Dragon's Breath. My buddies live right by there too! I live more towards the Ft. Worth/Aledo area...do you know if Fantasy Imports is a good place to look??
