Chreees
Where'd you get it? It's a Petite stem on a Vento base. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

shishasmoka
What is your opinion on it? Sent from my HTC One X using Tapatalk
Travis
It's a MYA, so it's gonna work without any issues.
Chreees
What Travis said. The pairing of stem and vase is uncommon, but functionally it should be sound. Mya Saray are some of the best hookahs around. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Cloud-Hookah
Yeah the petites have been discontinued so it looks like they had a few extra stems around they wanted to sell. Should still work great tho
Cloud-Hookah
Actually scratch that, I see there still on mya's main site. My distributor must just not like them. Anyways I dont see alot around anymore
Chreees
I owned a Petite. Thing was a powerhouse. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
shishasmoka
I fear the stem might be too short, could that be a problem? Sent from my HTC One X using Tapatalk
Chreees
No, not at all. Just have to be more mindful about your water level and purging, since it is more likely to shoot water up to the bowl. But I have done that on much larger hookahs, so not really anything to worry about. It should treat you well, especially as a personal pipe. shishasmoka
Any tips on setting the water level? Sent from my HTC One X using Tapatalk
Stuie
water level... bet hard with that combo. .5" up the downstem. Personally I don't like the look of the combo, but that's personal. I would buy a full size Mya Hose Adapter.
Chreees
About an inch submerged into the water is where you'll want the downstem. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
mushrat
Ya, that combo didnt come from Mya that's for sure. Put the water at an inch up the pipe and tell us how it works. :)
shishasmoka
Does the hookah produce less smoke if there is too much water? Sent from my HTC One X using Tapatalk
Chreees
That can be a factor in it, yes. It's going to give you a more restricted draw if you have more water, but give you a less restricted draw if you have less. Just play around with the water level until you find what works best. shishasmoka
Should I extend the stem by 1 inch, the petite base is 4 inch and the Vento base is 5 inch. Sent from my HTC One X using Tapatalk
Skoozle
How much water is below the down stem doesn't matter for the draw. If water is splashing up into the hose port, it might help to extend the down stem to get the water line lower.
mushrat
You can always contact them through Myahookah.com and ask them how much a longer down stem would be. I'm betting it won't be much.
joytron
As long as the water is not coming into your hose it should not really matter. With how small the vase is, the restriction is not really going to change. Even on larger vases the pull is just hard until you break the surface tension of the water. shishasmoka
It smokes ok but the hose gets some water in it, is the petite stem made of good material? Sent from my HTC One X using Tapatalk
Chreees
Petite stem is very well made, durable. Do as Mush said and request a longer downstem from Mya. Or make an extension yourself. That will solve your water in the hose issue.
shishasmoka
How would I make a extension myself? Sent from my HTC One X using Tapatalk
