Mesquite Lump All Natural? Plz Help

Okay to make this short.. i got my.hands on a hookah for 2 days. I want to use it before i give it away. Now i have everything needed except it didnt come with the coal. I have no way to get some at the moment and all i have is 100% all natural mesquite lump charcoal. Ive heard good stuff about this specific type of substitute but I am still worried about the carbon monoxide posioning and is hesistant on using the charcoal. Can you guys let me know if i could use it or not? Again, im only gonna be using this coal and the hookah for only 2 days. (Sidenote: on the bag it says best of the west:the same brand everybody says is good: but on the bag itself it says "carbon monoxide hazard, dont burn inside or it will kill you)... im not sure if theyre just saying that for precaution, since everybody else says this is a good brand.. but IDK
