guest 606
HELP. My 250gr of romman sweet melon dried up. How do i get it more juicy or whatever. How do i get it to smoke again cause whenever i try to smoke with it, it just gets really harsh. I kept it in the box that it came in. Not a good idea cause all of the juice and stuff just leaked out of the box and got all over my shisha backpack.
DarthHookah
at that point, i think it is screwed. it has been tested here on these forums of how to restore bad shisha, and i havent heard of anything successful. it is taps for that bit of shisha. Sonthert
Make sure they're Polypropylene...very important. Polyethylene and polystyrene are not acceptable.
ghostofdavid
Why do polyethylene and polystyrene do when stored with shisha?
Joseph
Well, I know polypropylene is particuarly resistant to most chemicals, including acids and bases. Why that would matter for tobacco storage, only Tangiers could tell you.EDIT: Yes!! Finally made it to Grand Sultan. I have been waiting for this day for a long time, but I never realized how amazing it would really be
Joseph
One other thing, I imagine ziplock standard sandwich bags are not polypropylene, but are they OK?

Sonthert
Polyethylene and polystyrene may react with certain flavors...which might:1. Screw up the Flavor2. get chemicals into your sheeshaI can't say, but I've seen flavors of mine and other company's attack different plastics, sometimes eating through them, sometimes crazing them, sometimes reacting with them. Polystyrene is a 6 in the little triange and says PS under it. Polyethylene is either 1 PETE, 2 HDPE or 4 LDPE. Polypropylene is 5 PP. 3 V, vinyl is OK, but its not the most popular thing to make containers out of.
