hey peeps. i took some new pics of my Syrian since my last one wasnt so well. its still a crappy pic since its from my camera phone but its better than the last. couldnt find the last show your hookahs post (search didnt show anything, looked thru pages manually and gave up after 10). we have some new people on the board so it would be nice to see thier collection as well! here is my Syrian, soon as i get my MYA in and new bases for my 2 other hookahs ill add them as well. so cmon dont be shy SHOW YOUR HOOKAHS!!!!

heh thats my armenian buddy ara in the background and the bowl was tangiers standard bowl. we were smoking starbuzz guava/fumari white peach mix...yummy stuff!

Yup theres my two babies. As ive said in other threads i have 2 other ones, but there used ones, just ones my friends and i owned togehter and they didnt want anymore. Actually selling em both to a diffrent gorup of friends XD

How well do those double clay bowl things work?

this is my home made beast. it looks ghetto as all hell, but believe me when i say it works. and i mean it WORKS. so far it works MUCH better than my 2 hose egyptian.

total parts cost is pretty low, partly because im broke, and partly because im cheap. so i had to be rather creative in how i made everything.

so without further ado, the pictures!

a shot of the defuser built in to the bottom of the stem. the brass cap screws onto the rubber tubing and can be removed easily. notice you can see how thick the smoke is in the vase in the top of this picture

defuser in action! depending on how hard you pull it will bubble out of the top row or two of holes or all of them.

the hose im using. 10 feet of 3/8" ID Tygon tubing. its lab grade rubber tubing, and leaves no taste and gives an easy pull. the only down side is no neat mouth piece. i can live with that for a very long very flexible hose though.

Works awesome! except you cant put a wind cover over it. Its a really great bowl though, i call it the party bowl- and it blends two flavors or brands very well cause they have their own compartments and oyu dont have to worry about burning a drier brand.
