hey my name is Obi, my aunt and myself have an idea for opening a lounge or two in the Ft. Wayne area, however we are pretty new the hookah world as far as owning a bar/lounge is concerned. Ive done a lot of research already but I can see there is sooo much more to learn and prepare for. ive also found a lot of useful information here (possibly outdated a lot of posts were prior to the indoor smoking ban) so im looking for help understanding all of the zoning and permit and signage posting requirements.  Any and all advice is appreciated and I look forward to growing and expanding with u guys!
