A question about shisha

Recommended Posts

Hello, I recently bought a smaller egyptian fatuta from hookahcompany (smokes like a champ) anyways I also bought a variety pack of al waha shisha with it. Sadly all of this shisha was stolen from my dorm room and after about a week and a half without it, i'm looking to buy some more. It would be wonderful if you guys could help recommend some shisha for me to buy, here is what I liked from experience. I enjoy a nice strong flavor, but I think I'd like to go to a tobacco that has .05 instead of .5% nicotine. I really enjoyed strawberry banana, peach, and guava. Grape has interested me for a while but I haven't tried it. What brands and flavors would you recommend? I plan on buying maybe 5 50g packs to test it out. Oh, and I don't think I'd like to try tangiers because of all the work you need to figure out how to smoke it. THanks!

Layalina is my favorite washed brand. They claim its .5, it is clearly not (i think anybody who smokes it can attest too!)
I know someone (HookahCompany even maybe) has a layalina mix pack.

Layalina is an extremely good brand (although i prefer 0.5% for the buzz =]) the most important thing is to be open about the flavors you try, your plan sounds pretty good, get 5 50g packs of tabak and don't be afraid to mix and match :)

Sounds like you will want to check out the shisha samplers from hookah company. I think the have samplers of AW, AF and Layalina.

As for Tangiers shisha goes. I was a little weary about it too, after hearing that it is a little trickier to get to burn well. Maybe I'm lucky but I don't find Tangiers any harder than other shishas to get burning well. So don't be afraid to give it a try. :D

Well, I will keep it to the low nicotine brands. Fumari's Orange is great, and their Lemon Mint is one of my current favorites. It is like lemon flavro with mint tingle and cool feeling. If you like floral, Fumari's rose is pretty good alone or as a mixer. It is a little sweeter than I usually like in a rose, but the flavor is mighty powerful.

Go with more Al Waha, its my favorite brand again until Eric makes us a flavour to beat orange cream XD but other than that nakhla and tangiers are my favorite brands :D

Some Ones Specifically To Try:
AW Orange Cream
AW Bounty
AW After Nine
Nakhla Chocomint
Nakhla Mandarin
Nakhla Peach
Tangiers Licorice
Tangiers Juicy Peach
Tangiers Blue Gum Ball

I would under no circumstances reccomend AF Melon.

Hopeless shisha, unless im doin somethin blatantly wrong (unlikely after 4 yrs or whatever)

Al Qemah apple is nice!

Let me rephrase

Super duper fantastic nice. Has a lolly flavour, but the smoke is thick and smoooooooooth!
not going to lie, i really enjoy a good buzz but i'm a pussy and don't like nicotine, so i would like to stay away from it you know?  anywyays what flavors would you guys recommend?
Again, Al Amir is a great brand with no buzz.

Try getting some Al Amir Blackberry, Al Amir Mint, and/or Al Amir Banana Split (tastes sorta like creamy bananas and strawberries). All good flavors if you ask me.

Of course there are a host of other .05% brands including Starbuzz and Havana IIRC.

Hmm...so there's another Toast on the board. Should I be jealous?

Anywho, I recommed Layalina and Havana highly. I don't really think you can go wrong there. I don't smoke for the buzz either, and these two companies offer a lot of flavour for a very reasonable price.

Surly what this guy is after is the natural herbal alternatives?

Try out these two :-
