I havent sleep for 48 hours and it doesnt seemes like i will sleep today eather .... It is not bed sleep it is NO SLEEP FOR 2days... I m getting realy worried right now... I dodnt close my eyes even for 1min ... I m trying but i can't! I m loosing my mind right now.... What can I do? How do i sleep ? I tried all diferent methods... Please help me!
