new hookah member & 1at Epen/vape/hookahpen

Hey guys, first post here on the forum and have a question. I am new to the vape/epens etc.  I m looking to purchase a hookah pen that has the following:

- No tobacco/nicotine/tar

- Smooth pulls, my friend has a box looking 1 and its so harsh (he is a 2pack a day guy)

- Rechargeable and durable.

 

I smoke hookah about 2/3 times a month and like thats its smooth and i cant smoke alot and not harsh when i pull. So please point me in a direction of some brands/models I should be looking at.  I've looked at ton of models but not sure whats good brand whats not.
