Well, this is what i have ordered from Hookahcompany.com again.
The first time it got ballsed up becuase of,
1. Me
2. Me
3. Me
4. My Bank
5. Me

There is a pattern emerging!

Anyway Opinions on my choices :

Layalina Raspberry Shisha 250g

Starbuzz Shisha Exotic Strawberry Kiwi 250g

Cherry Al Fakher Shisha 250

Premium Funnel Hookah Head Yellow/Orange

High Grade Hookah Bowl Dark Green

Golden Hookah Charcoal 96box

Thought i would get a choice of the stuff i can't get easily in the uk and get a decent size box of each!
how much did it all cost you including S&H i live in uk too
$109 Which equates to about £54.50

However It might be worth getting a few of the uk guys together
and put it a big order to keep the shipping down...

And maybe an online retailer would give a decent discount for a 3-400$ Order?

Worth a tickle maybe.

hookahcompany have usually been good, but the shipping tends to take time (prob 7-10 days)

on the other hand, fumari and hookah-shisha means you receive the stuff in 4-5 days.

Cherry fakher is an excellent flavour, especially if you're a cherry fan. It's the top cherry in my opinion along with AL Amir Cherry which is a fantastic flavour. I'd also recommend the grape fakher (not golden) if you haven't tried that. 50g boxes available which always helps.

I've tried layalina cherry and strawberry, and both were pathetic flavours. Not sure about the rest of their stuff.

Charcoal is a waste of shipping imo. Loads of charcoal about in the UK.

I've recently ordered the funnel head so will look forward to trying that along with a couple of tangiers.

I don't think huge orders are neccesarily a good idea. More chance of getting stopped at customs..

however i'm in for a group buy - who wants to organise it? I'd like some AF flavours please....
hey mo have you had al ajamy cherry? i thought it was terrific. very very flavorful tart cherry flavor. hows it compare to af if youve had it
Never tried it at all, but I'm always on the look out for a great cherry.

May have to get it in another order. Never heard of al ajamy.

Generally 'ajamy' is a derogatory term used toward Iranians by Arabs. It means 'None Arab' but used to refer to the Iranians, esp after the Iraq-Iran war.

(just a little trivia) :D

If I can get hold of some, will give it a go, but Fakher and Amir cherry are the best I've tried.

They are 1000 percent better than

Fumari cherry (garbage)
Nakhla Cherry (poor)
Romman Cherry (reasonable)
Waha Cherry (poor)
Starbuzz Cherry (very poor)
Layalina cherry (garbage)

Strangely enough, the best cherry I've tried was some random middle eastern brand that they had in a shisha cafe one time. (perhaps a syrian or a jordanian random brand).

Maybe Al ajamy can recreate this, who knows?
I really liked Layalina Raspberry.  The Cherry AF is very good too.

King Mo;  Why do you recommend against getting the Golden Grape.  I've tried both and I must say Golden is my favorite.
I think Golden Grape is excellent but I feel that it has more people that are unsure about it than the regular grape.

The regular grape is liked by the majority of shisha smokers I know. Legendary flavour and I feel that it's far less risky than Golden Grape, which is nice to try after you've had regular grape.

Nothing derogatory about that in my opinion 8) plus some Iranians are Arabs. What arab country are you or your parents originally from anyway?

It's not about it being derogatory or not, being a shia, I have lots of respect for Iran. It's about it being 'used' in a derogatory matter.

Amongst some being Iranian/Arabic is something worthy of distinction and people always like to differentiate. The funny thing is, half the Iranians speak arabic and many Arabs speak Farsi, so they can all get along :)

I know whether the phrase is derogatory or not depends on the group using it as an insult, still a poor attempt at insulting a particular people. Since Iranian is a nationality that can include ethnic Arabs and since my uncle who fought in the Iran-Iraq war said that to their credit Iranian Arabs in Khouhezstan did stay loyal to Iran.

There was a lot of propaganda in the middle east to differentiate at the time. The USA was completely pro Saddam, and many of the Shia in the south of Iraq did not want to fight their Iranian counterparts. Kuwaitis and other gulf Arabs including the Saddam supporters referred to the Iranians as Majoos (Zoroastrians), and Ajam (foreign, non-arab) to create enmity.
All this really is down to the fact that most Arabs have been brainwashed to dislike the Shia. Iran has done alot to support the palestinian cause, yet the palestinians all backed Saddam, because of this 'pro arab' false propaganda. I believe it's all just to degrade the Shia, who in Saudi, Iraq and Iran, have the most oil and power :D

Even (I think it was) the beach boys song in the USA was 'bomb bomb bomb, bomb bom Iran' (a play on words of one of their famous songs) at one of their concerts during the war.

anyways, if u wanna discuss this, can be done via pm or in serious discussion
